"Think Spring" Recipe

Strawberry Caprese Skewers !!

24 strawberries

12 mozzarella balls

24 basil leaves

1 cup balsamic vinegar

12, 4 inch skewers

Bring balsamic vinegar to boil , simmer medium heat till syrup,

Assemble skewers,

Drizzle Balsamic over skewers

Serve

Variations:

1.Use different fruits, pineapple, grapes, berries,

2. Freeze after assembled with balsamic on the fruit, Eat off skewer, So Good !!
