Solstice Seafood Salad on Apple Slice

2 ( 5oz) cans Tuna, Shrimp or Crab

• Garlic powder to taste

• 2 Large apples

• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

• 2 tablespoon Walnuts

• 3 tablespoon Craisins

• Mix all, slice apple on mandolin, spread salad on apple, serve
