Thank you for shopping with The Victorian Tailor.
We will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Detailed information is provided for each item to help you make the best decision. We welcome any questions you may have prior to your purchase. Thank you for understanding that returns must be approved before they can be accepted. If you feel that the merchandise is not as described and wish to return it, please follow these instructions:
1. All merchandise must be returned within 21 days of the date of purchase.
2. Please request approval for your return by an email to email@example.com. Please explain the reason you need to return your merchandise. Merchandise must not be washed or altered in any way.
3. A return form will be sent to you electronically via e-mail as verification that we have approved your return. This form must be fully completed and accompany your merchandise. All merchandise must be contained in secure, protective packaging. Please mail the form and merchandise to 411 West Maple t., Mason MI. 48854
4. You will be reimbursed the full purchase price within 30 days of the date we receive your merchandise, via mailed check to the address you note on the return form.
5. Shipping fees will not be refunded. At discretion of The Victorian Tailor, failure to follow any portion of our return policy may nullify the refund of your purchased merchandise.
